Every Session is adapted individually to Your Needs, but to give a little bit of an idea of a flavour of our work, I will tell a little bit more.. With both of us fully engaged in the process, we will increase your mind-body-energy connection, explore your strengths, recognize challenges, triggers, potential stress, limiting beliefs, anxiety or physical pain you might experience (if any). I will help you uncover patterns that might be hidden, your blind spots ( we all have those), the ones that are stopping you from being YourSelf on a day-to-day basis. We will talk about your daily & weekly to discover if you are repeating your cycles and living more on autopilot and depleting Your Energy. And if your current ways are actually Nourishing and Supporting Your Life and the Way You Are,  we will look into how you can Explore and Expand Further.
