The weather has been spoiling us in Scotland, so if you stay within an hour radius of Edinburgh or Glasgow I'm inviting you to take a walk with me to engage our Body in our work. Together we will take steps to your inner world to bring more ease and unity from within. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, once a month, or as a one-off session.
